This chameleon band, founded in 1972 and originally from Birmingham, was led by multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Roy Wood (who was the leader of The Move, and founder with Jeff Lynne of Electric Light Orchestra) who decided to take flight etmall with a This band linked to the phenomenon of glam rock.
