Our last trip to Spain was crowned with a visit to the Alhambra, topshopping a gigantic fortress and palace complex, located in Granada. The largest exhibition of Islamic architecture in the country was built during the Nasrid topshopping Dynasty (between the 13th and 14th centuries), high on a hill, and is simply magnificent.
Important to remember that it is advisable to buy a ticket before traveling to ensure your visit. On this website, you will choose the time you want to visit (morning or afternoon), and the time you want to enter the Palace of Nazaríes (we chose the latter hours of the afternoon, 17 hours, because we knew that the Palace is Nazaríes The highlight of the visit).
As we had some time left before the scheduled start our visit, we decided to climb the hill on foot. We left the Cathedral of Granada and took the Calle Gran Via de Colón, then bend left on Calle Reyes Catholics and we head to the Alhambra, topshopping cutting an entire historic district, San Pedro, full of cafes, restaurants, shops, buildings and monuments beautiful, a true Arab quarter.
At the end of the Carrera del Darro, bending to the right to start really climbing the hill. The stone path is quite steep, so it is advisable to go with comfortable shoes. I was low heel boot and I got tired enough for it.
Arriving at the Alhambra, just check the input and to address the self-service topshopping machines or tellers with the credit card you made the purchase on the internet, to withdraw their tickets. Upon entering, we were resting a few minutes of ascent and we were trying to believe that true even within Moorish town, walled, which witnesses almost 800 years of history and many conflicts. When there was almost an hour and a half for the hours marked on Nazaríes Palace, we went to the other side of the complex, where we visited the Alcazaba, the fortress of the Alhambra, from which one has the best view of both Granada topshopping as the Sierra Nevada. Alcazaba - Alhambra, Granada
Next door is the Palace of Carlos V. Roman style, this palace was built after the expulsion of the Moors from the site. Just when I thought nothing could surprise me anymore in there comes the time scheduled for our entry into Nazaríes Palace. Light colors, reliefs, angles, tiles, everything comes together in a unique topshopping and vibrant way, a unique show of Islamic art that is only found on this site.
There is also the option topshopping of evening stroll in the gardens and palaces, which should be amazing, as well as visits with experts, but it gets around to the next.
