If you know someone who has been vacationing in Orlando, they may have told you that you should bring an empty suitcase on the trip. Alternatively, you can buy one while you're there, because you need an extra one to take home all the items you will find. Orlando is a hotspot for shopping, and you need not wonder if you find something you like here.
Nowhere does shopping centers quite like Orlando does. There are dozens of them, and perhaps the best of them all, the Mall at Millenia. nordbyen The center nordbyen opened in 2002 and has over 150 stores in the upper price range. You can find it near the northern nordbyen end of International Drive. Be prepared to be tempted by some of the most famous names in shopping here. The famous stores like Tiffany, Burberry and Gucci, not to mention the famous Bloomingdale's and Macy's stores.
If this sounds a little too expensive for you, why not try the old city of Orlando? Many people love this area because it offers a full day out, with plenty to see and do. There are many shops where you can wander around in, and when it's time for lunch, take a break and choose from more than a dozen different eateries to grab a bite. Once you have bought enough to fill the suitcase, and saturated thirst and hunger, there are other activities to enjoy as well. On Fridays and Saturdays there is live music here, and you therefore have everything you need for a shopping trip with a little difference. Orlando
Orlando Premium Outlets is another place well worth exploring if you want to be sure to get as much for your dollar as possible. nordbyen You will find all the big name stores here, but the prices are much cheaper than they are in shopping centers in the city. And with one hundred and fifty stores nordbyen in total, this can be a full day of shopping to look forward to. Finally, if you want a different ending to the shopping trip, do not miss the Osceola Flea and Farmer's Market. There are literally hundreds of different stalls here, with everything from clothing to candy and DVD movies. It's a great place and it costs nothing to get into.
As you can see there's something for every type of shopper when visiting Orlando. And if you are also weighed down with shopping bags you can always catch a cab back to your hotel, no matter what part of Orlando you happen to live in. Good vacation to Florida!
